Quinovic is a nationwide rental management company with over 100,000 tenancies since 1988 and franchises operating across New Zealand. Their website, quinovic.co.nz, plays a key role in attracting new clients—particularly through appraisal requests, which are a major sales lead for franchise owners.
In an increasingly competitive market, Quinovic is positioning itself as a premium brand. Their customers expect a polished, professional experience. However, their existing website was outdated—visually and structurally. The user experience was clunky, navigation was confusing, and the visual design felt garish and dated compared to competitors. It failed to reflect the professionalism Quinovic is known for.
This disconnect was costing them. Some franchise owners had begun building their own standalone websites, fracturing the brand and diverting potential leads away from the central sales pipeline.
Quinovic engaged us to redesign the website from the ground up. The goal was to provide a modern, cohesive web experience that supported the sales funnel, communicated their brand values, and gave franchise owners the confidence to rely on a shared platform. The result is a unified digital presence that reflects their position in the market and supports future growth.
